Cancellation Policy
Established Clients: A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations. If notice is not provided, a $30 late cancellation fee will apply. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the scheduled service cost or $30, whichever is greater. The charge will be processed using the credit card on file. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule. Depending on prior contact, this may be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and applicable charges will apply. New Client Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. For no-shows, you will be charged 75% of the service cost (minus your deposit). Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
