Cancellation Policy
I must have 12 hours notice for cancellations or you will be charged a $30 late cancellation fee for all established clients. For "no-show" appointments a charge of $30 or 75% of the total scheduled, which ever is greater. In both cases I will use the credit card on file that you provided when scheduling the appointment. Clients running 10 mins late will need to be rescheduled. This would be considered a late cancel or a no show depending on if contact was made prior to the start of the appointment time and charged accordingly. New Client deposits are nonrefundable, No shows will be charged 75% of appointment (minus your deposit), late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
